The problem;
With over 80% of people using text messaging for business and the cost of poor communication set to hit $37 billion, why is Mobile Unified Communications Client usage as low as 16%? Businesses should be embracing the Mobile first culture that we are surrounded with in our private lives.
Embracing BYOD (bring your own device) is not a choice anymore, it’s a necessity. Employees need to stay connected with the same user experience on the same communication & collaboration tools no matter what device they are using. Our Continuity UC clients empower users to be always connected to their teams no matter where they are while enabling them with the same collaboration tools as their team members and on any device.
Glimpse at how we solve it;
It’s safe to say that, thanks to advancements in mobile technology, work is no longer really a place so much as it is a space. Today’s employees can work from anywhere and are no longer confined to their desks. As a result, they can potentially accomplish much more by reducing (or eliminating) commutes to an office and taking advantage of greater schedule flexibility. In fact, Harvard Business Review recently found that mobile workers are roughly 14% more productive than non-mobile counterparts. Overall, when enterprises encourage their team members to go mobile, they notice improved inter-office communications and even increased ROI from money not spent on office space and complex IT infrastructure.
With that in mind, mobility is here to stay. In fact, we’ve found research that says that, by 2022, mobile workers could account for as much as 72% of the American workforce. As a service provider, we are confident in our ability to support increased mobility in the workforce. Additionally, more than half of information workers use over 3 devices, of which 25% are mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of today’s enterprises, we are introducing as part of our UCaaS platform. Continuity UC.
